Re: 24-03-18 Bring them to happy place
Well, the dimwit duo were deflected deftly (I didn't mean to do that much alliteration, it just kind of happened. Aha).
I'm probably alone in this thought, but I'd prefer those two fools over the repulsive Matt; certainly not in any major or important capacity, but even they aren't as horribly self-involved as Matt. It has been a downer that Yuki opted to use him for her "therapy," rather than... an actual licensed therapist, but comedy has gotta to comedy, I suppose.
Yuki's character has developed throughout her time, but it seems like she would become trapped in a self-defeating exercise as she tries to cure her mania with someone who wants her to keep it, and is also a man too idiotic and emotionally stunted to provide genuine or sincere help.
Matt is so thoroughly unlikeable - so sad about *losing* Kiley, decides not to have sex with another woman, but uses a logical loophole so he can keep f**king guys... But then he doesn't even keep his supposed oath as he was instantly convinced into screwing Zii and later Yuki; his personality and attitude are similar to Zii, except she has other qualities (if often buried by her lust), such as the musical talent and basic empathy (also, frequently clouded by lust, however, it is still there). But Matt has the worst of Zii's traits, and is just a tedious character - the latter is maybe subjective, yet that's my two cents.

Ah, perverse sexual humour (i.e. butt gags), how we have missed ye. Seriously. This isn't exactly Ma3 at its classiest, but what the hell, gratuitous nudity, dubious use of mobile phones, and character development. We can't complain.
(Ideally from Gary's point of view, these two would now go off to commiserate together over coffee for old times' sake and end up engaging in a frenzied mutual sympathy bonk. It'd be in character, even.)
And actually, a scene between him, Yuki, and Gary should be interesting; there's a whole load of ambiguities and unresolved desires there, and now Gary may be developed enough to deal with such things proactively.
Also, one hopes that Yuki can get that phone sterilised.
Well, yes. Gary's new-found social skills include the ability to say a polite "No". Compared to some things he's achieved recently, this is minor.OllieOrOlly wrote: ↑Sat Mar 24, 2018 10:14 amWell, the dimwit duo were deflected deftly (I didn't mean to do that much alliteration, it just kind of happened. Matt combines exceptional intelligence (by Ma3 standards) with hormonal urges strong enough to overcome his better judgement. That's interesting enough for me. Admittedly, he's at his most interesting when the hormones aren't blocking his wry humour and capacity for empathy. His scene with Ruby was genuinely sweet.OllieOrOlly wrote: ↑Sat Mar 24, 2018 10:14 amBut Matt has the worst of Zii's traits, and is just a tedious character - the latter is maybe subjective, yet that's my two cents.

Yeah, I can agree with many of your points; the phone one, well, best get a new one.
It has been so long since anything with Ruby that I had forgotten about most of the Ma3 crossover moments, and since Matt has predominantly been a self-serving slut, that is how I know him. Perhaps my dislike frames my perception of him because I cannot recall any moments in which he had humour or capacity for empathy; he was never a monster by any means, however, his sense of love is as hollow as his sense of shame, and the moments of intelligence that I can remember are mainly along the lines of almost literal dong-measuring contests.

You guys type a lot.
I too have read this since the beginning for whatever reason and Giz is a champion for never giving up. She is a phenomenal, dedicated artist. Seriously.
This writing, like ... all the spinoffs etc is just tired. Oi.

I'm just surprised it still worked under all the lube that would be required to perform that stunt.

I was assuming that it was a modern smartphone - a rounded-edged sliver of hardened glass and metal with very few moving parts. Though I'm sure that the gag means it has to be set to vibrate.

I hope Yuki has an old cell phone and not a modern smart phone like Gary's. Something small and round, like flip phones used to be.
Not something large, square, and flat, that's likely to get damaged, and also cause damage, from being inserted there.
I especially hope it's not a Samsung Galaxy Note 7 where the battery explodes and starts a fire if it gets ever so slightly bent.

Well this should be interesting. We have two characters who are in the midst of important character developement about to intersect once more.
Gary's big roadblock in the past was his extreem doormat-ness, Yuki's was her violent phallo-phobia. But they're both making (hilarious) progress to overcome these character roadblocks. (in unique MA3 ways) So it will be interesting to see what they're relationship will turn into now.
I have to admit, I used to not like Yuki. I found her to be crazy, violent, and a selfish lover. But she has really made strides with trying to overcome these flaws, and I admire that. At this point in the story, there are three girls I'd be satisfied seeing Gary with. Kiley, Peggy, or Yuki. Or any combo of the three.

I'll admit, that last panel is pretty funny. But i agree with someone, there is no way any smartphone could fit in there. Not with all the lube on earth. Ah well. I won't let silly things like logic and physics get in the way of a good laugh.
Also, who wants to bet that when Gary gets there, Yuki's phone will start ringing and there will be a long awkward moment as music starts blasting frim Matt's ass?

If the phone was up Matt's butt the whole time, how was Yuki able to answer it? I guess it was up there, why else would see be yelling. But, how exactly is this supposed to yep Yuki with her Phali-phobia? At this point its just feels like it's sex between the two.
Those people who guessed Gary was going to call Yuki afterwards were right, it just wasn't for a date.

You'd be surprised how flexible the human anus can be with training. And it looks like from past pages that Matt has plenty of experience with things up there.Dragon Paladin wrote: ↑Sat Mar 24, 2018 2:38 pmI'll admit, that last panel is pretty funny. Re: 24-03-18 Bring them to happy place
I kind of got the vibe that she went a little crazy seeing Matt's "tentacle" and violently jammed her fist into his butt, the same fist she had her phone in. Though she doesn't go full castration mode anymore, she still gets violent, but it's a more kinky violent now.DarkAsh wrote: ↑Sat Mar 24, 2018 2:53 pmIf the phone was up Matt's butt the whole time, how was Yuki able to answer it? Um, why is everyone focusing soley on the phone up Matt's but? I get it's a funny gag, but really? Who cares about how the phone got into his but? A handful of strips ago we saw a woman get knocked down by big boobs. Real world physics don't apply here
