@Tenjen: Ah, the Felreaver. I've been pancaked by that charming fellow a few times. It's amazing how easy it is to miss him approaching even though they do give you those huge warning signs.
It's truly bad that you can go back there with your nice level 80 and still find yourself having to work to survive killing one of those things. Satisfying though.

on my main rogue i can solo it with some efficiency
My hunter was being leveled at the time though. He got curb stomped pretty bad
