I'll take it that the missing word here was "horns", and yes, it appears they are there at all times and are simply concealed. As for the wings and tail, I'd somehow acquired the notion that they only appeared in a state of tension or at will, but I might be wrong.

Of course, the only way we could tell would be a full-body drawing of her, with nothing to block the view, in a relaxed state. This might also answser your question about locating the freckles, although only partly; adding a full-size mirror in the background could solve the issue almost entirely (and I reckon this mirror would not be cursed at all).

Now how this could still be PG-13 is a bit tricky I guess, but I'm confident that Giz and Dave can come up with something.

Were there's a will, there's a way to show as much as you can. For example, I've noticed that Chloe has gotten a lot of flowers.

The horns are permanent and concealed by the headband. The wings and tail come out in a state of tension, like Albert said.

As for the illustration... maybe when we print the first EC book. PG-13 of course.
