Sandra should ready herself for a couple of reality checks:

• There are plenty of model candidates, few of whom are lucky enough to catch the fancy of a Domenico — who, remember, couldn't even recall who Sandra was when she showed up at his studio in Paris. He wasn't even interested in her modeling for him anymore until his secretary reminded him of the money he'd spent to fly Sandra to his doorstep.

• Most models perform less-than-glamorous and poorly paid jobs, such as posing with a computer for a catalog or doing demos in supermarkets. The kind of ad Sandra saw would be for that type of job.

I guess whoever covered for her apartment didn't cover for everything else.

Given that the level of realism in this comic involves Sandra being utterly unable to contact any of those people who she knew in Paris (for God’s sake someone introduce her to Ruby — five seconds on Google...), I’m not going to worry about any realism or lack thereof in what comes next.

Anyhow... Hmm... Did we really need four panels for this plot progression?

Then she’s going to have a problem citing her previous agency as past experience. That would give her a slight edge on the competition.

I'm starting to think that's the lesson in all this.

I will go out on a limb and say this modeling job starts out on a black leather couch, and the job pays 1000-5000 dollars a day.....but, the producers will have to see how Sandra performs.....more Nakies!

Who knows maybe it's that game studio that Sandra worked for in Paris is needing models at their Montreal branch where Gary works.

If that was the the case, the company logo would appear in the ad.
