Poor Ruby, being victimized by her own curiosity. The proverbial cat would be having better luck (or maybe not - Ruby's not dead, although she may be wishing for it at the moment).
Check out this space opera superhero webcomic: The Vanguard

A future business woman like her can handle it. Having attended business school she should have a bladder of iron by now.Spidrift wrote:That crossed my mind too. But how much coffee can Ruby's brain and bladder stand?brasca wrote:Seriously though Angel should take a break and these 2 can grab another coffee since this is not the place to be talking about your sex life.

Which proverbial cat? The one who can look at a king? The one with nine lives? The half-dead one in a physics lab? The one that needs a bell?themacnut wrote:Poor Ruby, being victimized by her own curiosity. And Ruby doesn't look quite as ready to die in that last frame as she might once have done. It's an Oh Crap moment for her, obviously, but one she'll survive - and after all, she's the one who started asking detailed questions about gay sex. Like I said, her character development is currently on fast forward.

They should make a spin-off comic entirely about the adventures of that mother and daughter duo, touring the world, trying to find a safe place to rear the child.

That sounds like a pitch for one of those massive intercontinuity crossover comics. Have the kid exposed to alcoholism in Northampton, Massachusetts, spleen-eating nerds in Mud Bay, devil bears in Tackleford...someone wrote:They should make a spin-off comic entirely about the adventures of that mother and daughter duo, touring the world, trying to find a safe place to rear the child.
