I'll put up my Mac-Salad (No, not MacDonalds.... Macaroni) in a few days.
I know the recipe, but not by heart, so I gotta find it somewhere in the boxes.
It's easy to make, a dish best served cold (Like revenge :p) and it's Deeeeeeeeeeelicious!

Look forwards to you putting up the entry, Muchacho! And I have to like GP's post, if just because here's a man brave enough to actually make a recipe with Spam. :D

grrrr....

its up in the 40's, which is warm enough for me to fire up the grill, but it won't stop raining.
All week, rain. Next week is vacation for me, maybe there will be a day I can run outside
and cook real quick between showers.

I should have posted the slow cooked lamb shanks I made yesterday (that I still haven't eaten because I had dnd last night). Apparently they came out really well. I wouldn't know.

Why do you not post more pictures of yourself?

Spam = canned ham, or am I mistaken?

@yira: who should do what now?

Spam

Spam contains ham, but is not ham... ingredients in the classic variety of Spam are chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added, salt, water, modified potato starch as a binder, and sodium nitrite as a preservative.

If you fry thin slices of it, it tastes like bacon.

Basically, spam is an attempt to convert the least used part of a pig (shoulder meat is all but inedible) into something that's edible and good. I like spam, so I'm gonna say it worked, but YMMV.
Further affiant sayeth not.

I managed to do it! Steaks a marinading right now, and as soon as we get grilling tomorrow I'll be ready to blow away the competition.
