Wow, really Allan? Lillian has actually been getting out of the house and showing a little interest in life, so now you want to stomp all over her for one little computer purchase? It's not like she was putting a great deal of demand on your finances before this.

And while it may be something of a longshot, it's not like what she's doing doesn't have the possibility of monetary gain in the future. She could very well recoup the cost of the computer at the very least with her work.
