Apart from Aoi and Uri, are there any regular anime clubs at Mooreland State University? What kind of relations does Aoi have with them?

Thanks for the reply. I asked because I'm the scheduler for our university anime club (AnimeUC), and I was wondering if Aoi House would try to destroy or ally with us if we were on the same campus. What is their view of non-yaoi anime fans? Here they seem to be trying to convert Alex and Sandy.

Another question: are Aoi House's movie nights open to the public? (Our club has one member who's probably into yaoi and would want to go.)

They like all kinds of anime and manga... the girls just really like shonen-ai and yaoi.

I became aware of VC/PMS after their write-up in the OVA game, and I've been reading the entire archive. As a result, I have a ton of questions after discussion on the forum has mostly died down. I'll try asking them in small batches as long as Adam has the time and good will to answer them.

Starting with the vampire state from the first volume, can the VC's breed of vampire, homo nocturnis, eat normal food or subsist on animal blood?

Would shooting one in the head (but not blowing it off) affect one? Would a garlic epipen like J.C. Summerfield uses be an effective weapon?

Even if they don't burn up in sunlight, are they weaker in it? Would pulling out one's fangs weaken her? Are they especially vulnerable to fire?

In addition to blood, we've seen the Vampire Cheerleaders drink blood coffee and sip blood from a melon.

Never thought about it.

Yes. And if they're out in the sun without sun screen, they start to smoke and before being engulfed in fire.

Leonard, being the coolest guy ever AND also being a TRUE FRIEND that he is, he found OUT where they were held and LEAD the P.M.S. to save them! Only after 10 years since he left does she FINALLY apologize for the way she and the other girls have treated him! I honestly can for give Heather for ALL of the stuff she did. ALL OF IT! If she didn't say, and I quote, "I HAD A CHOICE!" That's the worst part because, not only did Heather choose to be a vampire, but she also chose to do the stuff that she did to her parents, to her schoolmates and EVEN to her BEST FRIEND FROM CHILDHOOD! After ALL that, she then decides to have Charlote pass on the message to Leonard that Heather apologizes for what she did to him instead of waiting to get to the timeline that he's at to tell him in person! Heather wasn't sorry when she admitted having a choice, but she was sorry 10 years after Leonard left!

This might sound like that Family Guy episode when Quagmire confronted Brian and explained why he hates him, but this is EXACTLY like that! After ALL Heather did, after ALL the pain she caused Leonard, I'm supposed to forgive her after her phoned in apology!? Leonard will because he's the greatest guy in ALL of space and time, but I don't. For me, she needs to do A LOT MORE than that apology.

A few more vampire questions.

Can the invitation to enter a dwelling be renounced or withdrawn like in the Russian Night Watch series, or voided with magic as in Buffy? Is glamour strong enough to make the target do self-destructive actions or harm a loved one?

Going into the psychological aspects, you've said that "Being a vampire overrides your conscious so that it acts on a carnal desire to feed." and "It's pretty common for vampires to go a little crazy after being turned, though, but it eventually evens out."
So they start as sociopaths but can regain their empathy and conscience? Can the process be stopped or reversed, esp. if the vampire kills someone by draining all the victim's blood? (Forever Knight's vampire had this happen the two times he sired.) Has Lori ever had to kill out of control progeny?
Is a feeding frenzy like Suki does in ch. 4 or Jasper's attack on Bella in Twilight always possible?

The trouble with having the vampires loving being vampires and the cursed aspects downplayed is that they start to become superheroes with fangs, like the vampyres of House of Night. Then you'd expect a lot more hominus nocturna around, or at least people bugging the VC to turn them. (House of Night gets around this by making vampirism caused by junk DNA.) We've only seen Lori's childer, and those were all teenage girls. Is there a problem with her childer siring, or with turning older women/ males?
If Heather's sister wanted to become a vampire cheerleader herself, would Heather help her or try to talk her out of it?

Did Michael Shelfer give Leonard a cooler hairstyle, like he did for J.C. Summerfield in VCMD?

This page led to some claims here that the vampire hunters (not a mob, they were organized with special anti-vampire crossbows) were the villains because panel six showed them with "sadistic grins". I can't see it. The one on the left seems totally straight-faced. The one on the right only has the left side of his face visible, so it's hard to tell if it's a grin or a grimace from trying to hold down a super-strong vampire. So what was the intent in the script and on the the artist? Ironically, we see an unmistakeable sadistic grin on Lorna's face in panel three here.

Going over the Aoi archives, is there anything romantic between Dean Perkins and Ms. Addison?
