I assume they're the same as folk with antennae in *C until authors say otherwise, since VC/PMS started as a branch. I thought PMS started as a branch of Aoi house, and VC was somewhat new when that started. AAFAIK, they aren't in the writing team, but the setting itself was branched off EC (authorized, of course). So PMS had that phone chat with Lorna's old friend Maria Delacroix, and "MMAA" criticized Stephanie's moves.

I still think that the people with antennae are supposed to be fairies, and are based on pixies and grigs and other fairies with insect bits.
