Also, who does think that nobody will care the explosion, showing how everybody in the park is under her mental thrall? Because, what better way to make your park a success than to force people to enjoy it?

And nope, if Lita had that sort of power back, using it merely for bonus dope would be laughably lame.
Because this is a run-of-the-mill high-tech amusement park with some demonic humor as a bonus, and that was Wonderland, an entirely different level. She could as well explicitly sell tickets into the immersive reality behind the looking glass... no need to buy simulation hardware and wait until spare parts are delivered, and much less problems with security for that matter.

She knows that she's being watched and that there are people able to stop her out there, so she's subtler now. Plus she has decided to be "good", so no making mind-slaves.

But using a bit of demon magic to make her business a successs? She probably doesn't consider that "evil" at all.

Which is exactly why selling demonic magic above counter with "may cause disorientation as a short term after-effect" in fine print is much more sensible.
Lita doesn't hide who and what she is anyway, so using it openly within explicitly set limits would cause even less suspicions than not doing it at all - and revolving around specific problems ("do the visitors who purchased Lita's World Magic Land 14 day trip remain charmed? yes/no") that can be checked by independent experts and fixed if necessary rather than vague ("she probably does something nefarious") that can be neither proven nor disproven.
