I think that this is an amazing idea for a thread. I'm surprised I didn't come across it sooner.

I especially like Dillon.

Look at that! A visit from the creator of Matt and Dillon herself!

And hurrah for more Matt-and-Dillon-lovers. Dillon is hilarious: one has to love his crazy, foolish antics, and his "in your face" attitude.

Also...he's blonde. What's not to love?

=)

YEAH new supporters! We will soon take over the forums. AHAHAHA.

Merchmandan: we'll still take your support; we are, after all, the society for the APPRECIATION of the duo, not the society of drooling worshippers (although there may be some crossover. I'd rather be Dillon's acolyte than his love slave, though.) And we would surely love to have diplomatic relations with the Society for the Appreciation of Zii and Didi should such a society appear. =p

Dillon is indeed a character. XD; We need to see more of Matt, though. He's thus far been too retiring. Maybe if we can catch him without Dillon he'll be more talkative? Dillon is maybe a tiny bit overbearing: he really steals every scene he's in.

Ah, cool. Put that way, then yes: I definitely support the SAMD, appreciate M&D as characters, and look forward to the next time they're featured. :D

I just wanted to agree on the adorableness of Matt & Dillon. I think it's great that webcomics such as this one can portray an openly gay couple in a positive light without any backlash. That they're cute, too, doesn't hurt one bit.

As for the butter issue, butter has too much salt in it to be useful like that. Trust my boyfriend on this, it's a bad idea.

Gaymer: Awwwwwkward.

But, in fact, you can get unsalted butter. So, wouldn't that solve the salty problem? (Not that I'm trying to justify using butter at all...it's still kinda gross...)

And hurrah for another gay member to SFAMD!

Ahahaha, thanks for that very useful tidbit. XD; But yeah, I know I've used unsalted butter for projects before. o_o I'd be really unhappy if it was used for purposes other than that for which I'd bought it, though.

Eenyway, welcome, welcome! =D It's lovely to have another fan.

Oh, and YAY MerchmanDan is joining us in our celebration. I knew M&D were lovable. =p

Well...of course Matt and Dillon are lovable; that was simply not even a question.

I'm thinking we should kick things off on this thread with some more Matt and Dillon fanart!

Third!

...

Or...maybe I was the first one to mention it...?

Either way, it must be done. I'll get started on some when I get free time, I promise.

Dillon looks good when sweaty, disheveled, and buttoning up his shirt.
