*gasp*
Just finished up the referee report on a veeeery long paper.
As so often, a merry chase after references. Americans seem to ignore the existence of European scientists.
And of course I am not allowed to say more!
Anyway, now I'm free to write RPG texts for two days or so...

Re: Achievements
I remember being taught that by a guy 2 years below me when i was in high school. They were pilfering from the science stores at school to get the ingredients.
I stopped talking to them after that...I was in enough trouble withthe science department for throwing an apple at the head teachers car.

Re: Achievements
Well, I wouldn't call it so much an achievement, unless you've consciously striven to obtain it.

Re: Achievements
Basically its a mix of powdered oxide minerals then when ignited with usually a magnesium fuse, rapidly reacts in an exothermic reaction that creates 2000 degree celcius liquid metal that can melt through just about anything the stream comes into contact with. I've seen it melt through a reinforced safe and a car engine block.

No kidding, I can go to the local variety store in town and get everything I need and no one would give me a second glance.Bear wrote: Learning that I can legally obtain both ingrediants in large quantities without paperwork or questions...
