I'd like to live somewhere with snow. I'm tired of 80 degree winters and 100 degree summers.
Is it bad that I want to be a super-villain?
Anyone available to hench?

QWERTY SOFA
Turning the archetypal image of a keyboard, into a sofa bed, QWERTY is proposed to hold you on its soft “keys” on evenings while working in the office or at home on a rainy afternoons spentwatching the home video, bringing a pinch of irony in our daily life. Anyway QWERTY is much more than a sofa bed. Thanks to micro electric motors controlled by a remote control, every single key/cushion is adjustable in height to give total freedom to the full available surface. In this way, the furniture becomes a playful carpet, a comfortable support but an unconventional surface, to let the users to be able to design new configurations useful for everyday life, and to be happy to finally sleep on their keyboard.

You... desire to watch the Shining? :-?

:ymhug:

Anyway, considering the image per se is not "TMI" at all, but the conetxt is "Things you desire" and "rivers of blood" and "being female" - does something like constipation exist for the period?? I mean, I'm reasonably sure you are not hoping to bleed because the means you are NOT pregnant...

Actually, I don't think I would mind watching The Shining. I usually stay away from horror movies, but it bothers me when I do because I miss references to it all the time.

As much as we whine about it and hate it, the period is a message that things are okay in a woman's body. I'm still a virgin and I'm on my second skipped month. That's not good. Doctor appointment to be made tomorrow.

It could just be that you're under some stress... that can often make people late or skip them altogether.

I've always been fortunate enough to be more or less stable, but that said I haven't had mine in about 3 years, so I'm well out of the loop with that sort of thing.

It sure does suck when your body is being weird and unpredictable though. :ymhug:

Feels like my stress level's as low as it has ever been, actually. So I don't know.

A coworker was going to do it so I said I'd do it with him. I did lose ten pounds (went from 176.2 to 166.2) but it's really not something I had to do. The reason it hit me so hard is because I normally eat way more than a person needs to, or really should. I just have that kind of metabolism. So the small portions of foods that have practically no carbs or protein was just as miserable as I expected, but more miserable than I was prepared for. Either way, the fast is over and I ate good food with actual substance today. It was an experience that I'm most likely not going to repeat, but hey, I did it, and made it the whole time without cheating at all.
