Ok so, I don’t recall exactly, and I cannot dig it up effectively without a page navigation widget on the site, but I *believe* Jung makes employees model his stuff on their first day? Or is that only if he’s punishing them for something?

EDIT: I dug through and found it, clearly I need a life. But, I was right with my second guess. Zii punched Jung in the eye, and so was punished with a costume.

So, any guesses as to what our boy here did?

Let Jung see his desperation for a job in the shop?

Anyhow, Jung mostly just wants excuses to have people model his creations. He got Zii, Sonya, and Yuki into matching outfits while negotiating to create the band's stage costumes.

True... But, as was pointed out earlier in the thread, Aaron doesn’t exactly look thrilled to be wearing this thing. So the odds are in favor of this being a Jung-style punishment.

Or possibly a Ramona one.

Interesting, let's see where this goes. I do hope this doesn't go all over the place with it's storytelling and remains more focused.

Seems like they could've kept calling the comic Menage a 3 and just introduced a new cast that hangout at the comic shop.

Or is the idea that PTC isn't supposed to be R rated, so needs to be different?

I think they're trying to clean this up and move back to having just one comic strip instead of spreading it out. As for why they changed the name, I think since it's no longer focusing on Gary (which was sort of how the last 2-3 years have been for Manage A' 3 due to how it focused more on Dee Dee and Zii), Giz wants to only have Gary and the others show up once in a while. This way, fans won't get angry or fed up with the comic for ignoring their favorite characters so much.

Agreed. Ma3 wasn’t just The Gary Show, but some people treated it that way. This comic can do new stuff with new or previously minor characters, and no one can complain that it’s Not Ma3. (Because Duh!)

And I wouldn’t be too surprised if the title change also made it easier to sell advertising (because of course this isn’t that naughty comic with the boobies). But that’s just a guess.

On that note, though...Is it going to stay at the same URL, or is it going to get its own?

I doubt it'll get it's own. I think I heard one of the creators say they were going to consolidate everything onto one site.

Well, they already have pixietrixcomix.com (you're looking at it right now!), but they've still made the choice to run it as "MA3 Presents..." at the old MA3 URL, presumably to get more eyeballs.

Giz confirmed that as soon as they do the redesign (with the help of Hiveworks), the comic will have its own site.

Funny, I recent read the Vyndicator arc again because I was looking for a reaction image. I guess the rest of the cast will be Jung, Ramona, Angel and her Jerzy-looking boyfriend.

Also I thought that was Zii's fangirl for a moment.

Izzy is blonde though

Dyed two-tone hair some of the time, actually, which also appears to be true of Zadie - but in a different pattern. Izzy was (presumably natural) blonde when last seen, certainly.

But really, while Zadie maybe does have some facial resemblance to Izzy (Giz tends to fall into drawing types), Izzy was last seen looking kind of casual-cool in T-shirt and jeans, having switched out of her Zii-clone thing; Zadie seems to be going for more of a sub-goth boho look
