Several scenes are panel for panel from the manga and the animation is stunning, so this looks to be one show that's going to be completely amazing!

Giving Akiyuki Shinbo's and SHAFT's reputation, this does have the potential of being badass! And it looks like the director is going back to his darker roots in vein of like Petite Cossette or The Soultaker or even Twilight of the Dark Master

edit 2: need to add subtitles to the youtube video. mkv subtitles don't seem to transfer that well^^

edit3: anybody now how to add subtitle files (.ass) to youtube? It doesn't want to accept them (format not supported). Currently youtube version doesn't have subtitles. uploading .ass files as transcript isn't an option (it's gibberish and almost crashed my browser when I was watching it. oO)

I've been watching the show fansubbed...it's REALLY good and the animation is great.
My big complaint is that someone keeps letting FUNi ruin good shows.
