what kinda cake was it, what color was it? I wanna know, cause I wanna make one for Christmas..

THE RECIPE:

one can prepared coconut pecan frosting
3/4 cup vegetable oil
4 large eggs
one cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter or margarine

Then that cake is just a normal Christmas Cake.

Basically, it's a normal white cake mix cake done in two layers with white whipped icing and whole/cut strawberries (think a birthday cake with strawberries).

Now, my "own" version of a Christmas Cake is to use white cake mix in two (or three) layers, cool whip and the thinner cut frozen strawberries. So what you get is a Strawberry Shortcake and it's absolutely delicious cold.

I personally see it as partially blue. in terms of icing. but I decided to go with a red velvet cake.
