Wow, that one is very tough for me as if I were able to pick "super-powers" those are exactly the two I would choose. Hmmm, having to choose one, I think I would go with the shape-shifting. Seems it would have more utility in general.

Belching, without a doubt. I actually had an ex- when I was younger who despite being this tiny little 5'1" size zero thing that looked like Bettie Boop... could burp loud enough to rattle the walls. I have to admit, it was funny. Better that than the accompanying smells with the other option.

Would you rather have to always rhyme with everything you said, or rhyme everything thought in your head? (He he, see what I did there? The sentence rhymed! )

Thought, it would be annoying but at least people wouldn't find me weirder than usual

Sort of the same vein, would you rather have to sing everything as if you were in a musical or only be able to use words longer than 4 syllables?

Sing. I'm actually not too bad a baritone (just out of practice), and it's better than just standing there trying to string together sentences composed entirely of massively multisyllabic words.
