3 is correct; I was held up but not with a gun. (I couldn't think of another thing to use instead, so had to rely on that)

1. Yes, I have no sense of smell, never have, never will. Parents smoked heavily while my mum was pregnant and the chemicals got into me, so the nerves in my nose never developed properly. I have a nose, I can breathe through it but it just doesn't work.

2. The code in question was the core to this website a couple of years ago, to build a project to do... Tenacious D translations? Can't remember exactly what it was for but involved various negotiations with a nice chap in America. Anyhow it fell through for the reason that they did something else using Flash in the end.

2. During my childhood, I fell out of our big cherry tree and broke my wrist!!
3. I have met a true real-life nobel proze winner!!
Well, I'm going to have to join in and say #1 is the lie, as well. Not that you don't like metal, just that I'm not having the easiest time picturing you in front of any size of crowd and growling away. And if you indeed did... I'd want to see pics. :D

Eh, why not, I'll have a go at this.

1. I lost my virginity at 15
2. I've had a bunk bed collapse on my face
3. My husband is 10 years older than me

Good luck ;)

@Don Alexander: I'll guess #1

Java: I think #3 is a lie.
DnE: I think #3 is a lie. But if #2 is true, I am super jealous :P

Here's mine:

#1: I own two Maroon 5 cds.
#2: I once won a swing dancing competition.
#3: I love Barry Manilow.

Actually, #1 is the lie. :D From hockey, I stay limber enough consistantly that I can do the splits... and before one of his spoken word concerts here in Tampa (back in the early 90's), Henry Rollins came out and just started talking to people at the back of the auditorium. He was very, very, very cool to meet in person. Shorter than you think, but he was so build he was as broad as he was tall.

Java... I'm worried about guessing the wrong one wrong. :D So, I'll tackle Cyanide's and say #2 is the lie. People who do swing dancing aren't that common, but those that do are really serious about it... I'd imagine winning a competition wouldn't be easy.

DnE: Dang, I was hoping for an interesting story there :P

Actually, #2 is true :D

Wow, I am jealous about both DnE meeting Rollins and cyanide winning a competition. I'm going to guess that Cyanide's #1 is a lie, DnE, don't worry about guessing, I promise you won't offend me, but Cyanide's wrong in her guess. My husband IS 10 years (+4 months) older than me actually, so that isn't the lie.

Any chance of you having a video of you swinging Cyanide? ;)

That wasn't the one I was going to guess - considering when I was married, my wife was 10 years and 1 month my junior as well. And she was the one who pursued me! So, I'm down to a 50-50 chance... Java, I'll say #2. I've had a pair of bunk beds before, and unless a horrible job was done putting them together (or a catostrophic failure of the building materials), those puppies are pretty sturdy.

I won't be posting much on this thread, since I am incapable of making up a lie about myself. However, I have to do this. I am sorry in advance.

I wish I had a video of it! I'd film one if I had a partner. It was a school competition two years ago against 50 classmates who had been taking classes on it in Phys Ed. The funny thing is, I'd missed most of the classes except the one that taught the complex moves. So that was all I knew :))

Sorry honey, but you're wrong as well. When I was 7 I was bunking with my brother on a red metal bunk bed and because I was the younger, I got the bottom bunk. One morning, just after the bro left the room, the top bunk collapsed and landed right on my face. whee!

That means the lie is the first. I actually waited till I was married before I lost my virginity, so it couldn't have been so early.

I LOVE THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID :))

you are my new hero :x

My best story in regards to that: I was at a friend's party and the friend in question noticed someone wearing the new ipod shuffle on their waistband.
Him: DAMN that's small!
Me: THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID!!!11~@

it was awesome =))
