Probably nothing. The female equivalent to the foreskin is the labia majora, and there's probably enough left for plenty of sensitivity.

Edit: also, I don't think that the mass of newly formed girls is exactly the same as their previous mass as boys. There is probably enough slack there that their privates are entirely intact.

Should be interesting to see how gender swapping plays out here; as an El Goonish Shive reader it's hardly a new thing to me but I'm guessing the different flavor of this strip will make things, uhh, different (yeah, eloquent ain't we?).

Yeah, in EGS gender-bending is about as common as eating breakfast. I seriously doubt these fellows "Move the pair up there" on a regular basis just to keep their magic levels in check or to improve their cooking.
