All in all, it is utterly incomprehensible how she is - likely - still single.

Was single for a while before someone snatched her up

Oh, that's easy to explain. All the men in the the Ma3 universe are dorks, idiots, or compulsive Casanovas. None of them are worthy of the least of the women they meet. And the women naturally recognise this, though some are in a bit of denial; hence, they keep reflexively crashing relationships in the hopes of finding someone worthwhile next time.
By the way, one important detail to note here; Tracy has not forced Gary's mouth open and poured coffee down his throat. Instead, she's bought him a hot chocolate. That's really amazing and unexpected.

now in the other hand, camgirl might be appropriate
My knowledge of camgirls is pretty basic so I'm really curious what she does that bumps things up to R. Swear at them like a drill sargent? There are totally guys who would pay for a hot girl to do that to them.

Last panel, shouldn't that be "Sexcam girl" rather than "Sex camgirl"? Even though either is incorrect to the situation.
Buttmonkey. Again.
actually, in google search, the term "sexcam" is not found, while "camgirl" is found
the "most appropriate term to what Gary was trying to say, would be Sex webcam model, but as I googled, the R rating is arbitrary
for some sites is "sexy without being nude"(Sensual) but others see it as nude without actual sex
someone got me to search "deeper" about the term, and I saw that R rated can be arbitrary, when I first posted I did not think about searching "R rating" in terms of cam shows, I took it for granted that it always meant non-nude when it pertains to camgirls
Okay, in this comic, Gary gives me a urge to work out, in order to gain the upper body strength necessary to perform a combination of facepalm and headdesk: smashing my desk into my face. I'm not sure how it should be called. A facedesk?

Always does for the latest strip. It's a known bug in the system that nobody can be bothered to fix.
It may be that the link has to be added manually by the webmaster, and said webmaster doesn't get around to it until some time after the comic appears.

but then again, so does any woman with healthy self-esteem.
This is the problem with seeing Gary as an identifiable protagonist; he's just too much of a doofus for a sensible reader to want to identify with him. But then, I'm not sure that the writers really see him as a reader identification character. He's an old-fahioned hopeless geek who we're expected to laugh at, not laugh with. But the comic gets a lot of geeky readers, who instinctively identify with the geek protagonist. Cognitive dissonance follows.
Part of this may be that many geek readers may have painful memories of similar faux pas moments (notice I said similar, not identical) that they may mentally kick themselves for when said moments come back to mind. Gary's social trip-ups may bring their own painfully similar moments back to mind, and they transfer their anger at themselves to Gary.
Though seeing Gary have these kind of moments repeatedly does lead one to question whether any woman could truly put up with him as a romantic partner for longer than a week or so.
Check out this space opera superhero webcomic: The Vanguard
Four days, with Sonya. Not that that relationship had huge amounts going for it in the first place, but yes, it's evidence for the point.
Like I said, Gary hasn't developed his social skills at all since strip #1. He's got laid, and doubtless will again; that's not really surprising, given that he's insanely cute for a hopeless geek and now has a magic sexual party trick, and his invisibility field has shut down, and I'm sure that he feels better off for all that. But his virginity wasn't the original issue - it wasn't even confirmed until quite a few strips into the history of the comic. His big problem, as his own mother has recently told him, is that he doesn't make many friends.
I mean, back in strip #1 when he was moaning to himself about his boring life, he had Jung, and a coupe of flatmates who mocked him behind his back. Now he's added two more flatmates, one of whom mocks him even more and the other of whom is even worse at social interactions than him, and ... well, Sandra, I guess, except that she's on the wrong continent. Kiley and Amber might count, except that the sex thing keeps getting in the way. Yuki is far too immature.
His mother may well have a point about him. One could wonder if he'll be better off if he never gets naked with Tracy again, just because she's real friend material from his point of view, and it might be safer for him not to confuse the issue.

I think the most gentle advice one could give to Gary is to get a grip. Not necessarily an easy advice to follow, given the roller-coaster that has become his life.
Still, on this particular occurrence, as someone whose sex life has been ruined by what can be simplified as an excess of tact, I hardly sympathise with Gary.

if Giz came today and said "this is the last volume of ma3"
if we went with what was best for Gary and the other 2 main main characters
if we close the characters from being in the sister series(SOTR, SDB)
right now it looks to be Tracy, and closing Gary as a character after volume 7 ends
Zii ending up with the the person who has been part of her life the longest, Yuki(who has matured in a way since she apologized for pursuing her so crazily)
Didi ending up with Eric or Kiley if they want her to be a lesbian
if we go with the one which looks the most likely, everything revolves around the Zii-Gary dynamics
thus both of them end up with each other and the women they have in common
Yuki, Sonya, Didi and if they want to keep them open to appear in SDB, Amber............. Kiley and Peggy might enter this equation if we factor in the Didi Dynamics
now if we allow the 3 characters to continue being supporting cast of the other 2 series
Gary ends up with Sandra, fighting for her with Pierre, Alex and maybe Didi........... and Sandra trying to protect him from the designs of Tatiana (SOTR)
Zii ends up with Amber and Yuki, the 2 who she has known the longest(SDB)
Didi either moves with her friend Sandra(look above) or she ends up with Matt and enters SDB
the other way to close things for Gary is that Gary goes "into the sunset" with Tracy, and Didi does the same with Kiley
and Ma3 changes dynamics, and becomes about the 3 musicians (Zii, Yuki and Sonya) living together and their tours of the band
Hmmm...I don't know. She's more than willing to put her face out there to be seen doing it. So Gary blurting it out doesn't seem that terrible to me. If it was something she didn't want found out, best to not have done it in the first place. Internet...stays there forever!
