Is there a price for that laptop? I couldn't find one. But I want one of those. That thing is sweet.

MS: I doooon't think it's for sale. He does do custom keyboards, prices listed as being between $1200 and $1500. Hey, at least he documented it's making so we can make our own (because I totally have the tools and skills and time and inclination for that...)
Bear: Me neither. TT__TT They look so coooool, too. 's okay, I don't need a cool looking computer, just a functional one.
oh, on a non-mod related note....you want to see lots of sexy steampunk females:

yeah, yeah, I'm plugging it cause I'm in it. Shhh. There are some incredibly stunning costumes and props among some of these ladies, though. The men are more lax about adding to theirs, sadly. But still:

Lots of steampunk eye candy of both genders. Look and admire and be inspired to do your own. =D

Ditto really. The cool looking computer can come when I've won the lottery or my plans for world domination finally work.
Hmm.. steampunk girls eyecandy... I'll have to check it out more later.

I don't know, I put the terms "steampunk" and "eye candy" together and come up with something mildly unappealing.
Further affiant sayeth not.

Re: Steampunk!
well, okay, there are all sorts of things steampunks consider eyecandy that may be abnormal. But think cute people in steampunk/Neo-Victorian influenced outfits. Some of those girls are way more daring than me, I will say. o_o Anyway, it's mostly not scary.

Oh yeah, you may want to talk to the mad scientists about that type of eye candy. And the dirigible-hijacking sentient cakes. Food is perilous business to be taken seriously.

The aggressive force-swallow venomous bonbons are my favorite. Hey, they're kind of eyeballish, too!

I don't know why but that just reminded me of a joke that did of a show called QI about a steam powered vibrator... 'Stephenson's Rabbit'Pneumonica wrote:I don't know, I put the terms "steampunk" and "eye candy" together and come up with something mildly unappealing.

I felt that I needed to say that, while it is not exactly steampunk, I love girl genius.
