Like I said. Sandra's modeling career will be the least of her concerns if Eloise arrives with Pierre.

Although I really can't see him hooking up with his cousin on the rebound it's still some semblance of revenge for Eloise.

Am I the only one impressed by the fact that Cammi fell into a pool in the middle of a fight, without losing her shades? Are those things magnetized to her face, or what? :-\

Also, yeah... Sandra's got some 'splainin' to do. Preferably when she's sobre and not thinking like a jealous teenager. So let's see how well she does while under the influence.

I think the biggest drop will be when she told everyone he's dead, to be honest. A drunken girl-kiss, he seemed like the guy who wouldnt mind as long as it wasnt any feelings involved. Great job on the last panel, really dramatic :D
eeeek!

And there it is.

Sandra is a fave of mine - has been since her time in Ma3; but if she loses Pierre (as well as Cammi and Aaina) over this stupid stunt of hers, it'll be a well deserved punishment for playing with other people's emotions/abusing their trust.

Eloise is obviously no saint. Let's be clear here. However, Sandra has been a bit emotionally manipulative to Aaina the cat burglar.

Why are people in MA3verse annoying sometimes?

Well, that went south real fast. And Eloise gets her "perfect accidental timing" bonus for the year.

Having been tinkering with some RPG martial arts rules this morning, I was thinking about Aaina vs. Cammi. Somebody suggested a strip or two ago that this could be dangerous for Cammi, because Aaina is clearly well-trained, but I'm not so sure. Aaina is evidently fast, agile, and limber, and trained in parkour and stealth and stuff, but Cammi comes across as a street fighter with some degree of hard experience and very decent reflexes of her own. I now keep remembering the parkour chase at the start of Casino Royale; all those fancy moves don't do you a lot of good if your opponent just keeps on coming, bulls through every obstacle you triple-back-flipped over, and then punches you really hard in the face when they catch you.

I tend to see Sandra (at least as written in this comic -- which isn't necessarily much like the Sandra of Ma3), not as evil or manipulative, but as a very silly, rather stupid, short-term thinker. The idea that actions have long-term consequences just never seems to cross her mind. I mean, the horrendous booze habit ought to be a large and pointy clue; it regularly fries her self-control.

And yes, her silliness may sometimes hurt other people, which is one reason why it's bad.

Because they can be. They're all such hormone-riddled loons that it would actually take the patience of a saint for any of them not to mess with and manipulate some of the others from time to time.

Which all comes back to "comedy", really.

She'll lose Pierre, but i think she'll still have Cammi.

Aww, I like Pierre. What are you doing, Sandra?! I guess it’s time to break up if she’s jealous over someone that is not Pierre, but also sad to see him go.

Hmmm...maybe. Depends how Cammi feels about being lied to (she genuinely felt sorry for Sandra when she though that Pierre had 'died').

I'm more likely to believe Aaina will forgive Sandra before Cammi does, though. She's so smitten with Sandra she'll probably talk herself into believing Sandra subconsciously did this all to free herself from previous commitments; making it easier for Aaina to make her move. (just a theory, of course).

Cammi seems like a smart cookie with a pretty good sense of reality; I suspect that she'll put this down as just Sandra being Sandra.

Sandra has become this strip's counterpart of Dillon in SDB or DiDi in Ma3; a bloody idiot who makes trouble for everyone around her, but who gets forgiven everything because she's cute.
