I feel like a nasty bit of slut-shaming and sex negativity has come to a head here. It was hard to look past the "promiscuous=evil" trope that is literally, cosmically, true in-universe, but the entire point of this strip is that being slutty is a shame and a disaster. I don't know. Things are a mess, and it's a shame, because I really want to like the comic wholeheartedly.

Teddy has no right to blame anybody... (well, save maybe Alchemy, who injected him with her juice for shits and giggles). He screwed all those jocks because he wanted to. Only an idiot would think he would find a legendary Hercules or Gilgamesh-like figure among a handful of high school meatheads... he was just looking for excuses...

I wouldn't say it's slut shaming. It's more of a big brother trying to look out for a little sister. Abby's way too young to be 'just like him', when it comes to all the stuff he's been up to lately.

Yep. there goes any last little shred of finding Teddy/i to be a sympathetic or likeable character. Not exactly the best outcome for the "hero" of something that started out as a romantic comedy (albeit some of the comedy has always been pretty dark).

Do I care what happens to him now. Hell no!

Teddy is a teenager. It’s not his job to raise his little sister. We rightfully don’t expect teens to be able to take care of themselves longterm, let alone young family members. Lighten up.

It’s not hypocritical at all for him to be appalled that his 12 year old sister might engage in behavior she’s not emotionally equipped for just because he’s doing it for what he has convinced himself is a noble purpose. He could use a little more insight, sure. But isn’t that what this strip is about?

Given Chloe’s concealment, presence, and attitude, assuming she’s responsible is not a stretch, even if it’s wrong. This is an awful moment for him. Cut him a little slack while he processes it.

Also, who else would he suspect? Pandora, the only other person he knows who would/could do this to Abbey, has an alibi
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.

He knows his sister has a mischievous streak and has already done any number of things that were downright dangerous. So he knows that her impulse control is virtually zero. He also knows that she's seen him living a life outside the home where he's been doing whatever he wants and seems to be thoroughly enjoying doing it.

Yet at no point does he even stop to think that maybe Abby might have had something to do with what happened to her.

Perhaps asking what happened rather than automatically blaming Chloe might have made him seem just a tad bit more sympathetic.

Well, Teddy - you did wish that Abby could experience what you were; so...careful what you wish for, I guess? (though I'm sure he meant gender switching to understand how the other half lived - which wouldn't have been any better, given how boys are when puberty hits).

Well, we knew about the stripping, but it's news to me that Teddi had become so slutty that his name is bathroom stall-worthy, as well as being involved in devil's threeway - granted, we knew that Teddi had become a colossal whore, but those last two details were unknown (not that those details make someone a whore, I have no interest in slut-shaming, yet since Teddi is one, the details contribute to that fact).
Teddy made it no secret that he was trying to hook up with the entire football team (and half the swim team - you know, for good measure) when on his quest to find Chloe the ultimate sacrifi...er, boyfriend; which resulted in a group of girls wanting to beat the snot out of him (who, in turn, later became his unwitting harem/bodyguards against the other girls who clearly hated him for his looks/wonton actions).

People can expect a sex positive society all they want; in the end, if you act like a insatiable slut (especially if you're in high school - where you're surrounded by judgemental peers who will look for any excuse to look down on you), having your number scrawled on a bathroom stall shouldn't come as a surprise.

Is it right to do? No, of course not. But what do you expect from judgemental teenagers? Also, how irritating is it that out of all the thoughts that run through Teddy's mind, the only negative one that comes up is the graffiti?

No, it's not a teenager's job to raise their younger siblings; but, in this story, he is in charge of looking after his little sister while their father races cars to support them. So, like it or not, Teddy holds a great deal of responsibility for not keeping tabs on what Abby was getting up to.

No, his mortified reaction to the possibilities is justified; however, directing the blame towards Chloe for it happening is utter BS. He's shifting responsibility of his little sister onto a demon - not just a demon, a sexual demon. Did he honestly see Chloe as Abby's caregiver while he gallivanted with the jocks (and some of their girlfriends)?

Cut him some slack? Yeah, no - I don't think so. He shirked his duty as Abby's guardian so he could play with his new bed mates and now has to face the results of his irresponsibility. Hopefully, Chloe isn't kowtowed into accepting the blame for all this. I also wonder if Abby is going to step in and accept full responsibility for all this (as she had with the Artemis girls) or will she stay quiet in order to avoid Teddy's wrath - because having family mad at you is worse than when it comes from strangers(or, be distracted by something - allowing Teddy's unjustified tirade at Chloe to go unchallenged).

When Teddi left Abby was a human girl. When she came back Abby was a full grown succubus, physically, that rivaled Chloe in terms of hotness. Abby was with Chloe this time as far as she knows. I am not surprised that this would be her reaction. I do hope for more nuanced reflection from Teddi later, but I'm not exactly holding my breath.

It doesn't change the fact that Chloe is not Abby's primary care giver; that task lands on Teddy. The fact he's getting mad at her for his own irresponsibility makes it impossible to sympathize with him, in this case.

I sincerely hope Chloe puts that ungrateful prick in his place instead of meekly accepting blame for something that was out of her control.

It says a lot that only truly likeable character left in this comic is the evilest one (Slash). Everone else reads like they've either had a lobotomy or they're duplicitous to an absurd degree. At least with Slash'n'Stab, she comes across as fully comfortable with herself, fairly intelligent when not in throes of passion and refreshingly direct.

I want to give Teddy a break, really I do. Its just that ever since he got this female body his decisions and actions have made less and less sense. But then again that is partly my own fault for wanting this comic to be more a funny love story between Teddy and Chloe rather than what the writer seems to want it to be (though I am not sure precisely what it is they want it to be).

Honestly I miss Teddy. He was such a likable character.

Teddi, not so much. It's borderline character assassination that really turns me off on the whole "genderswap" trope.
