Zii is depicted as being fairly likeable and charming despite everything, but also as not being totally immune to the consequences of her actions. She also acts as a vehicle for a lot of the comic's jokes about sexual enthusiasm, which means that she has to be sexually enthusiastic. If you expect her to suffer really badly for that, you're reading the wrong comic.
(Her first band didn't break up because of her sexual habits, by the way; it broke up because of Yuki's psychotic outbreaks. The work relationship with Angel broke up because Zii banged Jerzy, but Zii rightly puts that down down to Angel being a jackass, rather than to her banging an allegedly unattached guy.)

No, and nor did we did see her talking them into posing, or printing off the test images, or inviting Zii to this meeting. Routine stuff is boring and not funny.
(We know that Ruby regards consent as important, though. She discussed the whole subject with Zii during their first meeting.)
And I'm not sure they knew or expected her to publish the calendar, I think it looked as if she wanted it for her own private pleasure.
She repeatedly made it clear that she was assembling a
calendar. Someone might well take pictures for their private viewing, but organising them into a calendar like this would be a tiny bit overly anal-retentive if one was only going to print off the one copy. Admittedly, Ruby
is a tiny bit anal retentive, but really - if any of these guys didn't understand from the first that this was about more than Ruby's private porn collection, they would be very clueless indeed.
And in fact, Ruby has since discussed selling the calendar with Andy, who seemed neither shocked nor surprised. And he's probably the most clueless guy involved.
And she mostly emotionally blackmailed them into posing, they may have regrets by now and want her to erase or destroy the pictures.
They might, in principle, and sure, some of them were rather bounced into this whole business. But all of them are basically quite open-minded people who seem to
like Ruby. Withdrawing freely given consent now would be a bit annoying of them, though I'm sure that Ruby would go along rather than lose any of her new friends.
Like she said to Zii, this is all on a par with the sort of "hunky under-dressed firefighters" calendars that get sold by the truckload these days. The guys involved are likely to regard it as a bit of a joke and probably rather flattering.
