If those two aren't at least FWB'ing, with no clear reason why not, the only possible response, in the Ma3-derived universe, is a furrowed brow and a "Why not?"
But I suspect that their main function is going to be as a mostly-off-stage fan club/Greek chorus. So their private lives may be pretty much irrelevant.
