Nice to see both the cats get tags now. But really, Tubby over Mow? Tough luck.
Good Lord. I'm shocked that all my years of shooting people in bunny outfits has in no way prepared me for this.

Tough luck.
But really... Melissa is too spoiled in that she expects everything she wants will be given to her on a silver plate. Cerise at least had a clue to borrow "Forbidden Magicks"...

Oh, poor Mow. He can come live with me.

I feel sorry for poor Mow.
In fairness though, the Wand did arrive without Mow, he can't really be blamed for the all the good the Wand's done her.

Not tagged, but it sure looks like Mow Tubby on the first page in Mel's dream (no wand, but she does have a duster), and in life on the second page. Definitely the same girl, probably the same cat.Passing Through wrote:I feel sorry for poor Mow.

Just had a mad theory. The girl first asks for *HER* cat, but when Mel rescues it, she says it's *YOUR* cat to Mel. DC has brought in the time travel loops... Maybe the girl is a (young-glamored or such) future Mel. Future-Young-Mel needs Past-Not-Old-Mel to have the cat to unlock her powers or goodness or such. I'm sure this is not the case, but hey.

Mel is the Rainmaker....or more specifically, the Mowmaker.

Hn... seems Mel hasn't given up on dethroning Faith after all. I wonder how much longer that'll last, since the wand and 'fade-out girl'(?) seem intent on reforming her. And she's begun to realize that the wand hasn't been all bad for her.
Random thought: what if her magical witch outfit is a reflection of her attitude towards the wand (i.e. since she thinks it's stupid, it clads her in an outfit to match)? Melissa's nightmare had her in a magical maid outfit, so that may be the true form the wand will grant her, when and IF she finally stops fighting it, and accepts the wand (and herself) for what it/she is.
That, and I'm still wondering if there's any significance to why Melissa kept referring to 'fade-out girl' as "young mistress"?

Mow's connected, sure, but he still isn't to blame for anything nice happening to Melissa, so quite fairly, she doesn't blame him more the niceness.thebitterfig wrote:Not tagged, but it sure looks like Mow Tubby on the first page in Mel's dream (no wand, but she does have a duster), and in life on the second page. Or maybe this is when Dakota walks by and shows she prefers Mow (I will not call him tubby). That will get Mel's attention.
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.

You know I think that this is a big reason why Cerise resents Melissa so much, she did say that she knows how to go the extra mile while Melissa doesn't.TBeholder wrote:Tough luck.
