Yup. Just as planned. Of course, here goes Mel's "tough chick" image, but it's not like she could care less.

Watching Melissa try to squirm her way into a relationship is far more entertaining than watching Cerise do it, that's for sure.

That's what, a two hour duration allowing for time passage? Why'd she even want a spell like that?

Dammit, Hellrune! Why does it have to be one step forward, four steps back with you all the time?!

Relationship? I thought she was trying to squirm her way into a date, and possibly sex. I'm not sure she wants an actual relationship.

Did I type relationship? Weird. My typing fingers are apparently retarded tonight and my brain is on auto-pilot.

It's not like she's not driven climb-the-sheer-wall desperate.

I doubt about the latter. Most likely, just a quick fix for her attention withdrawal.

Why oh why am I completely unsurprised that Mel has a insta-cry spell on hand?

My guess is that the insta-cry spell makes you cry for five minutes straight per caster level. :-B

As far as I can tell, most girls would love to have a 'cry on command' ability in their arsenal. This one is just a little inconvenient in it's duration, but it makes up for it with actual tears (faking it doesn't always work).

i wonder if she's cast that on any of the girls at the academy. probably knock an opponent down a couple of pegs socially, in addition to the tactical advantage.

Another possibility: dog ears. Depending on whether he's in range to hear about known duration. Ace is simple, but not a fool.

Chastity cried, but most likely she's really a bit of sore loser, because Melissa didn't have any apparent reason to add something on top.
