*blink*
I agree with Sonya.
...
I agree with Sonya.
I feel the need to shower.
In all seriousness though, she calls em like she sees em and in this instance she's right on the money.

Yep. She's right on the money. Hopefully Yuki buys a damn clue before Gary leaves her.
And the strip needs more cowbell.

I'll show myself out.

And all we need now is for Gary to show up and realize he doesn't love her.

Another future prediction...
What Yuki says and what she does is a couple of different things. However, this strip shows she is still conscious of her problem - and has been reminded that she has not been doing much for Gary. I'll be curious what she will do next.
Possible future scenes:
-- Sonya and Zii make the point that Gary is not getting anything from Ms Selfish.
-- Yuki throws a tantrum but thinks about it.
-- Yuki decides to fix her brain.
-- Gary arrives and says "Enough is enough". (Ya, right, I wish).
Actually I think all of the above, except the final step is fairly likely.
Warm regards, Rick.

Bout time someone told her.
Pointless arguing is one of the three pillars upon which the Internet is built. The other two are of course cat pictures and porn.

I'd have thought Yuki would have saved that insult for Didi... gotta love that it came with the matching bell though.

Re: 17-11-12 Under his jeans
Difficult to see Sonya not making a move on Gary after this. I mean, revenge and tension relief in one package. If Yuki has any fans left, they can say that it'd be a shame if she lost Gary now, after it may just have started to cross her mind that she maybe ought to be nicer to Gary, but hey, drama.
One notes that Sonya has learned that the Swirly is an oral technique. After Zii failed to say as much when she first mentioned it, I did wonder if that was going to be a plot point later.
The relationship between Sonya and Zii reads a little oddly to me here. After the high drama of their last meeting, I'd expect there to be a bit of tension in the air between them, especially when the subject turns to sex and Sonya admits to a need to get laid. (In a more realistic story, I'd expect Sonya to walk out of the band, on the grounds that seeing Zii hurt too much, and go looking for a music career elsewhere on the "success is the best revenge" principle.) But they're talking quite objectively. Oh well, comedy. Actions have very few consequences.
Meanwhile... I'm wondering about timelines. I would guess that this scene is roughly contemporary with Gary's visit to Amber; if the band is rehearsing after work, it'd explain why Gary had an evening free from Yuki. If so, does this mean that a frustrated and confused Gary is heading home to find only a frustrated DiDi in residence? Or would that be too much logic to expect from Ma3?
Actually, can anyone who knows more Japanese then me work out whether Yuki is sending a text to Gary in the first frame, or receiving one, or what? If it's the latter, I'll guess it's a "We have to talk", sent as he heads home - but of course, Yuki has now been distracted from that...

Oh, Spi. This is MA3.
Time and space tie themselves into knots for the sake of the comedy. Even a doctor couldn't timey-wimey his way out of it.
