PMS Goes 7 Days a Week in April

Postby Adam Arnold » Sat Mar 24, 2012 10:43 pm

Great news, everyone! For the entire month of April, we’ll be running a new page of Paranormal Mystery Squad each day of the week (even weekends). Yep, that’s 7 crazy installments of PMS a week! And if you thought things couldn’t get any weirder during the Blazing Man arc... well, let’s just say that you have no idea what’s about to happen next. Trust us... it’s gonna be a huuuge finale!

Exact Schedule:
M/W/F = March 26/March 28/March 30
7 Days = April 1 through May 4
M/W/F = May 7/May 9/May 11

We're doing this so that the PMS's story arc can conclude just in time for them to make the leap over to the the pages of Vampire Cheerleaders for the big crossover. ^_^

I'm looking forward to it. Will you be doing something similar with Vampire Cheerleaders?

VC only has about 20 pages left, while PMS has nearly 50... he's trying to sync them up.

Great news. Glad to hear it^^. Let's get to the action!
Also...you should totally get Brian Clevinger to do a guest page sometime. Not going to happen, I know. But if you think along the same lines I do, so, so worth it :D.

Well, the news does mean that PMS's web run wraps up sooner, since the two series combine into Vampire Cheerleaders (i.e. we'll just have Vampire Cheerleaders running new updates instead of 2 concurrent series both running).

Will the combined strip be the MWF schedule?

Hopefully, yes. We're currently working some new kinks out, though. So stay tuned.

Oh... Well that doesn't bode well. VC is the series I'm less interested in.

Perhaps, but I doubt it involves getting rid of the cheerleaders entirely and just focusing on the PMS girls, otherwise it wouldn't be a crossover. I've been reading VC mostly out of a sense of obligation. The latest updates have been interesting, but for the most part I don't really like the comic or its main characters. Well, I don't really like the comic because of its main characters. It seems to me that adding Vampire Cheerleaders to PMS is far more likely to ruin the latter than improve the former.

...Um... no offense intended.

Blimey, a good and eloquent way of stating my feelings. Who knows maybe Lennie gets training or they ALL use the VC's for stake practice or something. Just as long as it's not a forced mixing by Miss Bayonetta hair though, that would annoy.

Without spoiling anything, I will say that the main focus of the crossover is on Paranormal Mystery Squad.
