I say Gary figures it out partway through, has an inner monologue panic attack in his head, finally comes to the conclusion that he should run with it, turns back to Amber Amber but now Dillon's gotten home and they've tagged out while he wasn't looking. Continues now thinking he's with Amber Amber while Dillon leaves curiosity about Gary's newfound enthusiasm for a later date, not of course realizing that Gary thinks he's with a woman.

The question she may ask herself is "Why does this person think I am Dillon?"

That still bothers me actually. I think it would be great if this comic represents a change in paradigm with someone else taking up mantle as butt monkey. In fact, I think it would be fantastic if Zii could take up the role for the next few months. Let Gary have a reprieve.

The restaurant do not cease to exist after she left it, so "this" is appropriate in that paragraph. The orgasm on the other hand, did cease to exist, so "that" should be used.
