Someone seems to have interrupted Faith and Tiffany's fun in this scene. I can't help but think after seeing this panel that they are probably in a situation where they don't truly want to defeat each other on a subconscious level. After all, it's a lot more fun to have an enemy that can rival and challenge you than to rule unopposed.
I do have to wonder how Blair made his way into the school.

Of course, our beloved writers have succeeded before in proving our assumptions wrong, and it was her 'breastplate', not her undies... I wonder if she is talking about the archery guard...
Also, a lot if interesting speculation fodder with what the two lockerroom girls are wearing. The one has goggles and some kind of things on her arms. And their is the scarf on the other... covering something 'unusual'... and is the logo on her undies something significant?
