What would you want for Christmas if you celebrated Christmas?
New thread to answer first in!!!
Actually, I'll probably get nothing. My parents have been paying my rent for a 3/4 of a year now, that's way more than enough.
And I don't get stuff from my friends, nor do I make presents any more. Birthdays only.

I want the little necessities that I can't afford for myself. I need a frame for some pictures in the house, and I need a backpack for uni...I need a bed. I have had no bed since about 2 months after george and I started going out. All 5 of the legs broke.

Well, it doesn't count for much, I guess. sorry I'm not there to give you a real one. And it would be a friendly man-hug anyway, nothing more.
@T2B: No use going against my awesome first answer superpower!!

Asaryu wrote:*sigh* I'm sick of sleeping on a matress on slats on the floor.
Asaryu, I completely understand your pain. Twice in my life I've had similar problems. Once, I moved and had a friend "promise" they would get my spare mattress out of storage right away. For a month, I slept on the floor with only a folded over quilt for cushion. The other time was when I first moved in with my now ex-, and we had to make do with a flattened mattress that was made for a fold-out couch. It was so flat, we nicknamed it "the tortilla". The first night we bought a real bed, we hardly didn't sleep at all. ;)
Edit: I forgot to mention my Christmas wish! New pants. Bicycling as much as I do to and from work, I wear them out at an exceptionally drastic rate. I need new pants.

DA: Just because you're not GETTING anything doesn't mean you can't WANT anything!
Asaryu: Bleh, Ikea. What'd you expect?
DE: New pants? That's an interesting one fo sho.
MS: Try a space heater, those things are friggin' amazing.

Yea. We have two (blower and raidator), but they serve to heat the main rooms.
And when it comes to sleeping, I'm pretty rugged. I've used rocks and tree roots as pillows before. Sleeping on the floor (wood or cement) doesn't bother me. As long as I have something between me and a cold surface, and at least one blanket, I can fall asleep anywhere. Mattress on the floor? You pampered little thing you .

In that case, there's a bunch of RPG sourcebooks I haven't been able to buy in the last month due to my personal financial crisis.
@MS: Consider me even more pampered. While I've been sleeping on a matress on the floor for over a year now, it is a thick matress which is plenty comfortable on its own. I totally hate sleeping on anything less.
