Well this proves that this was all an elaborate plan to see if Sandra was up to the task of being a model. I thought as much because if Zoe wanted to fire her she'd have done it right then and there. She only seems to have patience for long term investments.

Yeah... Honestly, while Zoé’s Batman Gambit was comedically inevitable if grossly, wildly implausible, Sandra really ought to be hitting her with the fact that her other activities have been far less successful. (And if those all turn out to have been her Cunning Plans, I’m really calling bullshit.)

And you can’t tell me that Ingrid isn’t deliberately undercutting Zoé’s annoying smugness here.

In a silly but adorable way. And Zoe could be proud of having succeeded in her wacky plan without being smug. You know, positive reinforcement and all.

Ok, I suggested that in the next Kickstarter one of the rewards could be a Ruby poster with an uncensored option.

The thing about the censor suds that annoys the hell out of me is that they're so, so blatant. Y'know, cover some more of her, even if just semi-random patches, not just bubble pasties...

I read that as sharing a little joke with the readers. “Yeah, you know it’s ridiculous, we know it’s ridiculous, but what can we do? Advertisers, eh? And we all know what nipples look like...”

I did cover some patches on her leg and torso there, and some was covered under the dialogue balloons, but, yanno, bad layout planning. If you see Sandra on panel 3 you can see I randomly covered parts of her legs too... I didn't just do the "cover the tits only" thing. I know enough to be semi-logical.

Zoey has basic human compassion? I thought it was just gas.

Since when is Sandra Zoé's investment?

I could've sworn Domenico said she was his investment (and his discovery).

Yes, but Domenico left Zoe in charge of training Sandra to become the best she could be as a model; so, the investment Zoe is going on about is in regards to the time and energy she'd be spending teaching Sandra the ropes. If Sandra didn't learn squat, it would have been a wasted investment.

Side note - the final panel actually got a 'd'aaww!' out of me.

I agree with the part about training Sandra for Domenico, but she's still his investment. It's no different than leaving my car at the shop. It doesn't suddenly become the mechanics car just because he tunes it for me.
