Ingrid, you are a delightfully sweet, Swedish Cinnamon Bun, and I hope with you and Sandra together, you can save Marie from the pit she's fallen into.

Marie needs to want help first.

Certainly. I'm personally hoping that Marie's old, kind self is still in there somewhere. Hopefully seeing Sandra again may bring that out. Only problem I can clearly see is she's too close to Eva, who'll poison her perception on things.

Possibly, but if Eva lied about something that Sandra can disprove it might break her hold.

And apparently Ingrid’s romp with Sandra was never an issue with Zoe.

Ingrid has climbed my list of Ma3verse favorite characters fast... I liked her when she was on her journey, but now I just love her.

With recent developments, I am sensing that the 37-B plan is either one of this two:

a. A plan to dump a model who pissed off the agency.
b. A plan to make a point to said model, but the plan went bad when Marie slapped Zoe and she decided that she was done, so in practice, Sandra got dumped.

Well, lets see what happens when Zoe returns and see Sandra.

Quite honestly....I am hoping both Marie and Zoe fall flat on their faces.

Marie had gotten quite annoying well before the was being. Her brand of Tsundere and plain stupidity in certain cases was just aggravating. I hope she gets to learn through suffering the consequences

Zoe....If you lose not one but TWO talented proteges in a row maybe the issue is NOT the proteges but YOU.

So ... she cut her hair? Because Marie and Sandra would never cut their hair? So?
I will never understand why this is seen as anything else than silly.

Maybe she realized that and it's why she wouldnt accept Ingrid

So you're saying that Zoe probably stopped keeping track of Sandra after Marie slapped her? If it's option b i mean.

This does all look rather tortuous. Ingrid wants the angry, emotionally confused Marie to listen to her, and she thinks that becoming a model herself ... will cause Marie to see her as an equal ... and therefore cause her to listen. And then, Zoé says no, because she's done with protégés, so Ingrid changes her mind by ... cutting off her long hair, which was certainly nice, but which hadn't previously ever been mentioned as an issue by either Zoé or Ingrid.

Uh, wuh?

If we'd had an actual story, instead of a summary flashback, all this might have been made vaguely plausible, or at least masked by adequate amounts of hand-waving. But as it is, frankly, my suspension of disbelief has snapped.

This.

She basically told Marie it was either her way, or the highway. So Marie took the highway and we saw not one f**k given by Zoé. And she was the one who had Sandra shipped back to Montreal, just for speaking her mind. Now we're supposed to believe that both their departures got to her somehow?

Not to mention, how Zoé seems to have forgotten she used to be just like them, and she still is to an extent. I might've bought it had it lead to a moment of self-realization for her, but it seems she's faulting Sandra and Marie instead.

Marie was never even her protégé. Zoe just saved her a couple times and said "Wait to do this." That doesn't make her a protégé.

@JoybuzzerX: I'd agree, but from Zoé's perspective, she was.

She was a prospect, more than anything.

No contract or anything. But to be passed over and land a modeling gig without going through any known proper channels, and later to learn it was all because of your rival?

That'd definitely anger a person more calm and rational than Zoe, who just came off of having to deal with a belligerent Sandra.

Not trying to say Zoe had the right to ship her back to Canada, only that she was angry.
