So, Alex was kept as the psycho pair's little f**kboy? Not great; raises further questions about whether he discovered Eloise's true gender, or was kept in the dark about that momentary dual identity (one could argue, "he has sex with two hot chicks, so who cares!" but being gaslit multiple times and overloaded with sensory experience, even pleasure, could do more harm than good to his mind at least).
I guess one could presume that f**kboy, formerly known as Alex, turned out to be an idiot savant of sex, since he was kept as their toy well after they needed him for Sandra-destroying schemes; though, it could simply be their sociopathic delight in "playing" with the formerly decent kid. Also, it feels like Marie's discovery of that was a bit too tangential, i.e. in a "catch up" montage, rather than in the story proper.
Marie's friendship seemed valuable to Alex, so when he thought he was gay, he didn't trust anyone more than her to tell, however, when he found out he wasn't gay, or at least strictly gay, he didn't rectify the misunderstanding, since apparently sex - as euphoric as it may be - has made him disregard her friendship, as well as making her feel and become someone not as valuable as before, simply because of the machinations of some psycho-bitch with a cousin fetish.
Seems kind of - if barely - sweet that Cammi and Ingrid formed a more emotional connection, since it was entirely physical at the start; although, not too emotionally invested if Ingrid stayed to work with the person Cammi denounced. Granted, she could be serving in a "keep friends close, but keep enemies closer" capacity, to keep Cammi informed of Zoe's actions.
