It’d probably be an extra-horrible instance of the DiDi Effect, yes. Though since Alex and Marie looked at a picture of the DD, shrugged, and went “Implants!”, I’ve liked to imagine that some characters in this comic might be partially immune. Eva is carefully curated, professional model gorgeousness, not just two beachballs strapped on the front of a life-size Barbie.

Is it double k or single k for chakkra?

Usually single K, I think. But it’s a term from a non-European language, so either can probably be permitted.

Yes, Alex and Marie are immune (In Marie's case it's because she is straight, and apparently full-on because she felt nothing watching Ingrid's hot-Nordic-naked body), but Lavali is the one character in this comic I am sure is not even partially immune to the Didi effect, she might prefer the professional-model gorgeousness over the mega-porn-star body type, but still one can expect a proper reaction from her...
