So, Nervous Marie is like Drunk Sandra? Leaving you standing there wondering what in Tzeench's name just happened?

Well, at least Marie didn't give the Director the raspberry.

Lost their connection to non-slapstick reality, more like. Well, that may be Eva’s little scheme torpedoed. We’ll see.

Inventing a narrative that explains what just happened might be an interesting exercise.

And I wish that Marie’s hairline wasn’t drawn to look like Frankenstein stitching there...

I wonder if Eva will show up later and have Lukas 'take care' of the Audition's Director, giving Marie the job despite her 'flawless' audition.

That's weird, I've never drawn it differently like ever... I always drew her hairline like that.

See?

Please don't presume how I drew the comic just cos you're seeing an extremely shrunk down version.

It’s probably just one of those things that gets lodged in my brain and causes me to see the same pattern everywhere. Sorry.

If Marie somehow gets this job it's only because Eva pulled some really big strings. I would hope by then Zoe would realize what's up

Either that, or the ad calls for a wacky accident-prone goofball character, and the comic will ignore the fact that the last person you want playing such is an actual accident-prone goofball.

It occurs to me, what if Eva has manipulated it so Marie beats out Sandra? What would be the point?

Perhaps to show Sandra the benefits of aligning with her instead of Zoé

That was actually a pretty good save on Sandra's part, considering.
