What indeed. Can't tell if this is on purpose or another wrong coincidence.

I'm pretty sure it's deliberate. Eva is indeed an actually effective villain. This plan is elegant, robust, and deniable.

We did see Eva querying Lavali about Sandra's schedule in the last strip. So she should have known Sandra would be there.

Eva is effective, yes ... and unless she's secretly playing three-dimensional chess, Zoé is equally ineffective. That's a combination that invites all sorts of trouble here.

Zoé is usually effective, but she tends to be more direct. And she also has a temper on her, which is why she's missed a chance to block this attack before Eva builds some momentum.

Well, Zoe doesn't even know Eva is in the game yet, or that there is a game whatsoever, so I'll give her some slack there.

Now I'll get some popcorn and watch the show. :ymdevil:

Yeah, but if she hadn't gone off like a futzy grenade at Marie, but had asked her half-politely how exactly she'd got that cover, she would know that Eva was involved.

"If something can go wrong, it will go wrong." according to Murphy's Law. Eva is doing her best to make sure Murphy was right. ;P

Whoa, whoa... communication? Like a sane person? That's just crazy enough to work!

Yes, but there's a good possibility that Marie could lie to her and her secret benefactor isn't so secretive. I'm still surprised Eva would take this risk since Marie could've told her.

I'll be disappointed if Zoe didn't hire a private investigator or go to her inside sources.
