That was just a paparazzo. When it comes to dealing with her staff Zoe can be intimidating, but dials it down.

The funny part being, those two look almost exactly the same as Eva imagined a 'corrupted' Marie would be when she concocted her plan.

I wasn't comparing Zoe's height to Eva's. I was referring to the difference in height between Zoe and the papprazo she was glaring at (since that was the example J linked to).

I think they're just being mean to Marie because they're bad people. Don't overthink it.

Plus, they're dissing the way Marie looks now, not the way Marie will look later.

This is getting dangerously close to "Oh you'll get what's coming to you", or dare I say it moustache-twirling. The question is will Marie realize it?

Also I'm thinking that after the makeover is complete Alex is going to make some comedically insensitive remark about how she looks worse than before.

One gets the impression that those two losers genuinely don't realize how much more attractive Marie is than they are ...
