Not entirely unpredictable, but...
Anyhow, for someone who's having a stressful time of it, Alex isn't having a bad life just now. That's exposure to two model-grade naked women so far. He's kind of Gary-Lite.
But shouldn't Ingrid have checked he had his paints with him first?

I don't think it would matter. Ingrid seems ready for nudity at any time.

Well, I think we all know where this is going; Alex starts painting Ingrid's body with loving care and attention, with jealous Marie seething more or less quietly in the background. Ingrid may even deliberately flirt hard with Alex in front of Marie (for example.acting like she really enjoys the touch of Alex's paintbrushes) just to provoke Marie into Doing Something.

The trouble is, Ingrid seems to find Alex quite acceptable herself. There might come a point where her attitude is "Well, if she doesn't want him..."
Alternatively, Marie might get jealous enough to forget her modesty and strip off too, to Ingrid's ill-concealed delight. At which point, they will of course be interrupted.
