That was a quote from the recent movie Deadpool. Spoken prior to the bad guy's top lieutenant jumping off the deck of an aircraft carrier and performing the afore mentioned action. Or I suppose paraphrase might be more accurate as I believe I messed up order.

Actually, it was supposed to be a decommissioned (and more than likely crash landed) helicarrier.
