If Marie ever begins to doubt whether Lavali and Sandra are together all doubts will be dispelled when Sandra tells her that Lavali got into her panties during their tropical trip.

She's not lying, Domenico ordered her to confiscate Sandra's clothes. She's not only following the orders of the master of her deepest desires, she's also doing something that Sandra doesn't like, so it's a win-win for her... She doesn't gain anything out of taking Lavali's clothes and lying to Domenico about it.

So i would go with the Velma Dinkley hipotesis.

She might've been drunk enough to want Tatiana. Maybe all she had to do was tell Lavali to take all her clothes off and she'd meet her later.
