I just realized that "kissing noises" are not usually depicted in media, so the "hm hnn hm" baloons made me laugh.
I see nervous people have No Indoor Voice, as usual.
Also, it seems mental Sandras only communicate using signage in this comic, if this strip and this one are anything to go by.
