We don't know yet; frankly, the real shape of Marie's sexuality is unresolved. My guess, based on the current limited evidence, is that she's essentially fairly solidly straight, but she's also never been kissed properly before, and Ingrid is a really, really good kisser - so yes, Ingrid has scrambled her judgement and short-circuited her self-awareness. But we'll see.
(Actually, there's an analogy in Ma3. Gary seemed to quite enjoy Dillon's kiss, and could certainly see that it was good and didn't find it repulsive, just confusing. But Gary remained fundamentally hetero, and Dillon never got into his pants.)

Just a minor point:
At first I thought the last frame was just Marie falling down, mind (and speech centres) scrambled. But since there's a length of long blonde hair following her down, I take it Ingrid applied some of the "shhh... don't talk" technique while going down (quite literally) with her (would also explain the "Mfffff" as speech muffled by kissing)?
Also, since with great power comes great responsibility, I'm now wondering if Ingrid has any other agenda besides "exploration" (I hope not, because she could clearly wreak all sorts of havoc if she decided to)
