Hmm... I think that I'm being thick, but I don't quite get what's happening in the last panel. And where did Lavali come from? She works at the games company, and this is a lingerie shoot. Did Sandra manage to sneak out in pursuit of moral support from a friend?

I suppose there might not have been time to get changed after getting called to the game company, and if it's additional motion capture it might not matter what she wears.
You can see bars under her eyes in the last panel, that might not be the best thing a model could have when having a shoot.
