Yeah. Not really the right thing to do. But we knew that Lavali isn't a highly sociable sort of person, so ducking the problem here is somewhat understandable.

Plus, she may have a vague plan about extracting Sandra from the whole scene before it all goes bad, or something.

A plan which we all know is likely to fail epically and hopefully hilariously. Possibly with Sandra acquiring a posse of angry lesbians as additional enemies (maybe with Lavali herself being one of those enemies). Y'know once they realize Sandra's got a boyfriend/really doesn't swing that way/was just having some drunken fun...

I doubt that, she'll likely leave with severaL female admirers. It's highly unlikely they'd be angry enough to be enemies. Besides, they are just dancing and having fun.

Lavali seems tk be guided either by incapacity to stand up to puppy eyes or some sort of desire to keep her conversation partner around Sandra /not feel as lonely. Sandra's sexuality when drunk is pretty dubious, but honestly I am not sure how would people deal with the news of any boyfriend. A girl running around claiming "lesbeans rule" seems to not be someone that would really keep a steady guy-partner going, and appears to be more of the "all-men-hurt-me-I-will-try-transitioning" type rather than "I am happily exclusive with a guy!" type. Honestly I am not sure Lavali would not come off as some jealous Sandra-hoggler if she claimed she had a boyfriend under the current circumstances.
