And that name discussion is now resolved.

Talking of which, we note that the new character also has a name in the tags, which Sandra seems to have learned by magic. "Aaina" appears to be an authentic Indian name; it's also been the title of a couple of Bollywood movies, though no character in either appears to have it as a name, so presumably it means something in an Indian language.

A quick search gives me the language as Urdu and the meaning as "mirror".

Urdu is supposedly Pakistanese, or at least language of the Indian Muslims... Well, it's like Serbian or Croatian which are the same language but called different names for religious/political reasons.

Lavali has always been the older sister. For one thing, she's already working and not in school while Alex is still studying.
