Sandra's pose in the second panel reminds me of the various Fantasy/Sci-Fi posters and bookcovers where a female is grasping the leg of the male protagonist. Too bad Cammi isn't striking a dramatic pose in response.

Yay Cammi! I dunno, after seeing her in uniform, clubwear, and uh, nothing but shades, the cutesy-overalls look just isn't doing it for me. If she's going for a "ready to lift and sweat (in more ways than one)" look maybe it would have been more practical to tie her hair back as well? Naturally I wouldn't dream of asking her to ditch the sunglasses.

I'm a little uncomfortable with how grabby Cammi is with a protesting Tatiana--if someone did that to me I would freak. However, they've known each other for a while and probably know each other's boundaries too.

I didn't make the connection, but you're totally right! Cammi might not be overly dramatic (it's not in her character) but she has her usual smug self-assurance down pat.

At this point I think Sandra would be agreeable to this, but Cammi is too smooth demand favors.

I hoped she would show up to help and possibly take advantage of the situation, but her solution is more helpful to Tatiana than Sandra. I'm sure there is an angle somewhere.

Yeah - when I saw the strip title, I assumed that this was going to be a Marie strip. Sandra swears by brands of booze, darn it. If she's been influenced by her environment, "Sweet merciful Moët et Chandon" would have done it.

I'm damn sure that they aren't. Even Cammi isn't road rash proof, and it's not like she wouldn't look good in leathers. And as Hurbster says, helmets are mandatory in France (along with those reflective strips, though that seems to depend on how annoying the cops want to be).
