I think Tatiana is loyal to Domenico, business-wise, so either she deluded herself in believing it's for Domenico's interest, or she still has a grasp on a thread of sanity and uses her own money on this.

My main issue with Tatiana remains the same as always, though, and I guess she must be infuriating to serious BDSM practitionners (not being into it, I can only guess): she doesn't understand the distinction between a sub and a pushover. Also, she never mentioned safe words.
