I had hoped her feet had more padding on them. However, her butt is still safe!

For whatever reason that mom in the last panel looks really familiar.

Oh, you unsuferable little monster spoiled-rotten consumerist boy. Makes me wanna give some slaps.
Oh my god, Sandra's swearing next to children's ears ! Sue her... Oh wait, it's in France and at a video game convention. Nothing to see here.
Hey little, girl and mummy, it's rude to point one's finger at someone, even swearing models in a mascot costume.

A true pity, actually. I would have died laughing if instead of stoopid Xbox kid, the same lines and actions (!) had come from the stalkerish old lady!!!!

Huh, I now wonder if they are going for a "See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil" thing there.

Ah, but that's Zoe's [strike]horrible[/strike] cunning plan, to make her long for the butt-pinching as "slightly less bad than THIS!" ;)Raamyah wrote:I had hoped her feet had more padding on them. However, her butt is still safe!
Wait till the third of September ;)Azrael wrote:Huh, I now wonder if they are going for a "See no Evil, Hear no Evil, Speak no Evil" thing there.

Not to wreck the comedy, but the most interesting temp job I ever had was playing mascot assistant for day. What that meant is that I was the human who communicated with other humans and also kept the mascot from tripping over stuff, and also alerted him to any children who wanted to talk to him (with or without hostile intention). I would've been running interference on the kid. (Of course, it's possible the assistant went off to take a leak or something.)
My mascot, BTW, was a giant eagle. I told him when I first met him that I would have his beak. Happily, he liked that sort of humor.

To be fair, that strip was drawn back in February when we were building up buffer for updates. (and at the time, haven't figured out the title for the comic yet)Bloody Vikings wrote:Wow, quite a difference in art from April to June!Eisu wrote:Maybe cos of this!
